Jazz is free flowing and comes from the soul. Jazz is electrifying but Jazz is smooth as silk. Pure musical storytelling is Jazz. Improvisation takes its roots in Jazz.
We invite all our dear friends to join us for some jazzy dinners with performances by mesmerizing artists: Maria Raducanu, JAZÚ, Marius Mihalache & Band, Viorica Pintilie. What could be better than good drinks, great food and some spectacular shows?
We’ll be hosted by a new spot in town (somehow), goes by the name of BLACK and is the perfect venue for this profane jazz experience.

Maria Raducanu is one of the most representative Romanian singers, with a soprano voice and a wide interpretive range, managing to combine in a unique way jazz, ethno-jazz, old European music, fado, blues Romanian folk music. The girl with the enchanted voice.

Marius Mihalache returned for a short time home from US with a special project - Back To Swing - Marius Mihalache concert. We will get back to the good times of `20s-`40s, to the Gatsby's memorable parties, to the lively swing, broken shoes on the dance floor and stylish outfits.
Marius Mihalache is the musician who managed to give cimbalom incredible resonances and subtleties, his talent being worlwide acknowledged. The artists concerted and recorded with musicians like Chick Corea, Gloria Gaynor, Nina Simone, Nigel Kenedy, Steve Vai, Kitaro, Ovidiu Lipan Țăndărică.

Viorica released her first jazz album early this year, gathering in “Stories of a heart” the most beloved songs from the last five years of live concerts. In May 2016 Viorica Pintilie received the special prize of the Jury at Jazz at Sibiu Festival Competition. Her jazz is smooth as silk and will take you to journey of songs that never die.
Jazu is a state of mind. Imagine neo soul influences peppered here and there with jazz, funk, bossa nova, pop, built-in with versatile vocal inflections and traditional musical instruments. Joy, love and freedom.
Jazu music travelled the country in places like "Jazz in the park"
( Cluj ), "City Forest" (Bucharest), "GreenSound" (Bucharest), "Theatrestock" (Bacau), "TIFF" (Alba Iulia).
