I. Antreuri:
- Spring Rolls cu coada de vita
- Terina de foie gras, mango si pumpernickel
- Confit de rata cu spuma de porumb
- Frigaruie cu papaya, prosciutto de Parma si branza Emmentaler

II. Cappucino de praz cu spuma de lapte cu trufe

III. Tartar de spanac cu perle de branza si ou de prepelita

IV. Risotto cu ciuperci de padure, file de somon si "beurre rouge"

V. Sorbetto

VI. Pulpa de iepure cu foie gras, sos de trufe si piure de telina

VII. Tarta cu praline, Dark Chocolate Cake, Crema Catalana si vata de zahar

Meniul contine un pahar de vin alb, unul rosu si unul rose!
