New Year’s Eve deserves an exquisite menu specially created by Chef Samuel Le Torriellec:
St Jacques with truffles and carbonara sauce
Beef cheek gyoza with Bourguignon sauce and truffle vinaigrette
Half lobster, citrus bisque, and asparagus tempura
Veal filet mignon slowly cooked, Champvallon with Perigourdine sauce
Elegance chocolate layered cake, pear, and gin tonic sorbet
