Yoga for runners
Yoga is great way to increase flexibility, help with deep breathing and even reduce recovery time.
Whether you're a gym goer or endurance runner, yoga can help you gain strength, flexibility, and stamina to improve your performance in your sport.
The class will incorporate stretches for hamstrings and glutes as well as a power flow with breath to movement to increase running performance.
Join me through a yoga that is not only great for runners, but everyone wanting the benefits yoga has on every body type.
The classes are limited to 10 people. Please let us know if you are unable to make it after registering so we can open your spot back up for others to join us.
Please bring your own mats.
